2021 Papa’s Sweet Corn & More CSA Membership Agreement
CSA 2021 Membership Agreement
By purchasing a CSA share, I agree to accept the risks and rewards inherent to farming. I understand that Papa’s Sweet Corn & More will work in good faith to produce the best possible crop using sustainable growing methods, but I also understand that crops may be damaged by natural forces beyond the farmer’s control, and that my share may be affected by such damage.
I understand that my share will be divided into portions I request, available weekly beginning on July 25th and continuing through October 17. I agree to abide by the guidelines specific to the picking up my shares at Papa’s Sweet Corn & More farm. I understand that the price I pay for my share is an investment in the farm’s operating budget, and that sweet corn shares cannot be refunded after July 1, 2020 and Honeycrisp apple shares cannot be refunded after August 1st. I have read the CSA refund policy below, and I accept it.
I understand that sweet corn shares are by the dozen, Honeycrisp apple shares are by the pound, and Honeycrisp apple cider is by the half gallon or gallon. I understand that the Honeycrisp apple cider is non pasteurized and consumed at my risk.
I understand that my membership includes a pick-up of sweet corn, Honeycrisp apples, and Honeycrisp apple cider with the available option of picking my own apples. Shares cannot be shipped, rescheduled, exchanged for other products, or claimed in the farm market. When available, members may have access to other products not available to the general public. Items such as Honeycrisp apple cider donuts would be an example.
I understand that Papa’s Sweet Corn & More’s Facebook page is the farm’s primary vehicle for communicating with its members, and I agree to stay abreast of farm news by liking and following updates to that page

Refunds & Cancellations
Farm pick-up members: For sweet corn orders, if you cancel your CSA membership before July 1, we will refund 100% of your membership order. Share prices for sweet corn cannot be refunded after July 1.
For Honeycrisp apple orders, if you cancel your CSA membership before August 1, we will refund 100% of your membership order. Share prices for Honeycrisp apple orders cannot be refunded after August 1.
